Operational tool

This application helps users create, retain and export beekeeping records. It does not register a beekeeper with government, lodge mandatory reports, issue movement permits, replace product labels, provide veterinary advice or guarantee compliance.

Plans and renewals

Free access includes up to five active hives. Hobbyist is $20 AUD per month and Commercial is $40 AUD per month. Paid plans renew through PayPal until cancelled; failed payments may pause access. The operator may comp or change access from Administration.

User responsibility

Users must keep information accurate, protect login details, verify all guidance against current official sources and immediately contact the responsible authority when legislation or a biosecurity direction requires it.

Service availability

The site operator controls hosting, subscriptions, support, backups and availability. Users should keep regular exports of critical records.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is supplied as an administrative aid. Professional legal, biosecurity, food-safety, veterinary and accounting advice should be obtained where required.
